Tuesday 08 September 2015

Dubai - MENA Herald: Global property developer Emaar Properties PJSC is setting an impressive first at Cityscape Global 2015, the premier property exhibition at Dubai World Trade Centre from September 8 to 10, with a pavilion that will serve as the ultimate ‘Emaar Guide to Lifestyle.’

Factoring in every aspect of how Emaar has transformed lifestyles through its pioneering master-planned communities, the pavilion will showcase Emaar’s accomplished track-record in mega-developments in Dubai and other international markets while also showcasing some of the exciting new developments currently being developed including Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Hills Estate and The Opera District.

One of the projects taking centrestage at the stand, and which highlights Emaar’s lifestyle offering, is Dubai Creek Harbour, the company’s ecologically responsible mega-project joint venture with Dubai Holding. Sitting abreast of Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, this world-class development will offer spectacular views of the Dubai Creek and the Dubai skyline. The Cityscape project display will be complemented by water features setting the stage for music performers and will highlight this development’s unparalleled waterfront lifestyle where residents live in harmony with nature. The homes in this community offer direct views of Dubai Creek, Ras Al Khor Wildlife sanctuary and the beautiful skyline of Downtown Dubai with the iconic Burj Khalifa.

Also being presented by Emaar at Cityscape Global is Dubai Hills Estate, a joint venture with Meraas Holding, featuring the amenity-rich Acacia and Mulberry residences set in a lush-green neighbourhood only 10 minutes away from Downtown Dubai. Dubai Hills Estate’s elegantly designed neighbourhoods are set around an 18-hole championship golf course. Visitors to this year’s Emaar pavilion will get a chance to visualise themselves in this beautiful setting by experiencing the project’s golf course through a golf simulator.

One of Emaar’s highly anticipated iconic projects being showcased is The Opera District in Downtown Dubai. Anchored by the Dubai Opera, a multi-format venue for opera, theatre, concerts, art exhibitions, orchestra and film, The Opera District will come to life at the stand through live music performances and a gallery with compelling works of art.

A special area will also be dedicated to illustrating the story behind the Dubai Opera design concept. Emaar has launched two top-end residential developments within The Opera District – the Opera Grand and the recently unveiled Forte homes that also offer direct access to the 12,000 sq m Museum of Modern Art.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director of Emaar Properties, said: “As the pioneer of integrated master-planned communities in Dubai, Emaar has set a template for modern lifestyle communities. We transform lives by creating lifestyle centrals that delight families and provide them a true sense of belonging. At Cityscape Global, we are highlighting the tremendous value that we have brought to our stakeholders over the past years.

“By bringing together all diverse lifestyle amenities – from world-class hotels and malls to educational institutions, healthcare centres and unmatched leisure attractions – Emaar’s communities today serve as benchmarks in urban development. Our exceptional project design and management, superior customer service and timely delivery instil trust in our customers and build an emotional connection with us, defining our unique niche in the market.”

Aesthetically designed to take visitors on a journey of self-discovery, the pavilion (Stand Number S1A10) will have three levels: the ground level with several project models; the mid-level with a viewing deck and café; and the mezzanine floor that includes an art gallery and two meeting rooms. Apart from muted woods, seamless concrete-effect flooring, informative infographics and well-considered lighting, the pavilion will effortlessly point to the urban wonders that Emaar has delivered to its customers and to the city.

In addition to the new Emaar developments being showcased, the stand will also display Emaar’s flagship 500-acre development, Downtown Dubai. Along with Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, Downtown Dubai underscores Emaar’s lifestyle competencies in shopping malls and hospitality. The pavilion will feature a café catered by The Address Hotels + Resorts and themed retail displays reflecting the different lifestyles across Emaar’s master-planned communities.

With Emaar expanding its footprint to several high-growth international markets, Cityscape Global will also present the company’s lifestyle communities in Egypt and Turkey. Among the projects presented will be Marassi in Egypt, and Emaar Square Istanbul, the second master-planned development by Emaar in Turkey.

Defining its early adoption of smart technologies, a specially designed set up has been introduced at the pavilion to demonstrate Emaar’s online services that assure seamless customer service right from sales enquiry and registration to aftersales and community services.

The Emaar pavilion will also host a series of presentations on its various projects including Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa from September 8 to 10. Development experts will present insights into the masterplans of these projects. For more details on the presentations schedule, please visit www.emaar.com
