The Langham Place Downtown Hotel was launched on 24 August at a press conference in Hong Kong. Located in the Burj Khalifa district, the property will span a built-up area of 680,838 sq ft. The US$273 million project will comprise the five-star luxury hotel and serviced apartments, adding a total of 436 units to the hospitality sector in Dubai upon completion in 2018.
Cityscape Global 2015 will run from September 8-10 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Over the years, the event has evolved into the largest and most influential real estate investment and development event for emerging markets globally.
