Al Oula Radio launches its official Snapchat account

Dubai - MENA Herald: Al Oula Radio, an initiative of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center, continues to offer its listeners in the UAE all that is new and unique, whether through newly launched programs or by expanding its presence on the social media, opening new doors for interaction with the audience.

In a move that further strengthens its position as a leading radio station in the UAE, Al Oula launched its official Snapchat account as part of its effort to step up interaction with listeners via social media channels. As a radio station that is always keen to smartly and innovatively engage with its listeners, especially the younger generation, Al Oula is integrating the latest in technology to bring news and updates directly to the audience.

Fatma Aarif Al Bannay, The Manager of Al Oula Radio and the Media Office at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center, said: “At Al Oula we are keen to expand our channels of communication with listeners through the use of advanced technologies and innovative social media platforms, and we always look to introduce new and unique services to drive meaningful interaction with the audience.”

“In order to heighten listener engagement, Al Oula adopts a multi-faceted approach that includes communicating with our listeners directly as well as via video uploads. Al Oula has dedicated accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, in addition to the new Snapchat account,” she added.

The move will contribute to keeping listeners updated about what’s new at Al Oula, and gives the audience the chance to interact directly with the radio station.
