Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Etisalat’s eLife customers in the UAE can now enjoy a major speed upgrade experience as the telco completes doubling its fibre-based Internet speeds for eLife triple play value bundle customers, at no extra cost. The increase in home Internet speeds for the same price is part of Etisalat’s revamp of the eLife Value Pack offering, catering to the needs of its customers. The new eLife proposition is now bundled as ‘Family’, ‘Sports’, ‘Entertainment’ and ‘Premium’.
The largest and first free, automatic and simultaneous mass upgrade provides at least double the speed for select eLife customers under contract across the UAE. As an example, customers subscribed to eLife Sports Pack with 20 Mbps speed are automatically upgraded, free of charge, to 50 Mbps home Internet speed. Customers subscribed to other eLife Lite packages and Value Packs will also experience a speed boost with varying levels of speed increases. New home service customers too will enjoy the benefits of higher speeds at lower rates.
The rebranded ‘Family’, ‘Sports’, ‘Entertainment’ and ‘Premium’ eLife Packs now combine higher broadband speeds with a selection of high-quality and premium television content, all new devices, unlimited superfast broadband and unlimited national voice calls, with no change in price.

“The speed upgrade is part of the eLife value bundle revamp, which now consists of the new Family, Sports, Entertainment and Premium packs. The new packs are well-rounded options with rich content catering to varying viewing needs of our customers”, ElKhouly added.
The new eLife Value Packs offer a richer variety of TV content including National Geographic HD and National Geographic Music included in the ‘Family’ bundle. Also, the OSN Entertainment Extra Package, 45 Premium channels from OSN have been added at no extra cost to the ‘Entertainment’ pack.
To enhance the home customer’s experience, Etisalat also offers new eLife customers a free Managed Wi-Fi router with all eLife bundle subscriptions. The managed router adds ease to customers in case of internet connection disruptions, allowing for remote diagnosis and repair in most cases.
Exciting eLife features such as On Demand service with the country’s broadest library of movies and videos, eLife ON (multi-screen OTT service), the highest number of HD channels, Catch Up TV and many more remain the hallmark of Etisalat’s eLife TV service available as part of the eLife Value Packs.
