Phase II involved the construction of 55 housing units. The units, ranging fromthree to five bedrooms, will be ready for hand over and occupancy by December 2015.
The developer also revealed that the construction of Phase III of Bloom Gardens consisting of 147 units has already started and is set for completion in Q4 2016. This phase includesthreebedroom townhouses, semi-detached three bedroom villas and fourand fivebedroom villas.
