DEWA co-organises 2nd Dubai International Project Management Forum

Dubai - MENA Herald: Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) will co-host the 2nd Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF), which is held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council. The event is organised by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) from 22-24 November 2015 at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai‎. Prominent international experts and specialists in project management will take part in the Forum.

HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, noted that DEWA’s participation in organising the Dubai International Project Management Forum supports its commitment to disseminating best practices in project management.

Commenting on his participation in the ‘Delighting Customers’ discussion panel at DIPMF, Al Tayer noted that DEWA makes relentless efforts to make its customers happier by adopting innovative practices, in line with the Dubai Plan 2021 for Dubai to be the preferred place to live, work, and visit.

These efforts also support DEWA’s vision to become a sustainable innovative world class utility, and reinforce its position as a pioneering organisation in service provision in an environment that encourages innovation, considering the happiness of its customers as a benchmark for measuring the performance, and continuously developing it.

The second DIPMF will discuss a host of topics spanning innovation, creativity, healthcare, education, financial services, hospitality, and digital projects. It will also discuss smart cities, Expo 2020, governance & management of corporate projects, infrastructure, and engineering projects.
