Dubai - MENA Herald: Luxury real estate developer DAMAC Properties, has announced its iconic 94-level tower ‘DAMAC Heights’, set in the prestigious Dubai Marina area, has been topped out.
The façade work at the US$653 million (AED2.4 billion) project has already reached level 69 and the block work is at level 76, with a significant acceleration in the construction in recent months.
Units on the top 40 storeys of the state-of-the-art project present an innovative collaboration between DAMAC Properties and the Italian luxury fashion brand, FENDI, which will deliver an entire FENDI lifestyle to discerning residents through a high-end building with bespoke FENDI Casa interior design.
Once completed, DAMAC Heights will be the seventh highest residential tower in the UAE at a height of 335 metres and 94 levels, according to the International Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

The tower will comprise four, three, two and one-bedroom apartments, as well as luxurious duplexes and penthouses. The complex will incorporate five-star amenities including a temperature-controlled swimming pool, gymnasium, nursery, sauna, steam room, and spa facilities.
The iconic tower DAMAC Heights has already won numerous awards, including ‘Best International Residential High-Rise Architecture’ at the International Property Awards, and ‘Best Residential High-Rise Architecture Arabia’ at the Arabian Property Awards.
As of 30th September 2015, DAMAC Properties has delivered over 14,375 homes and has a development portfolio of over 37,000 units at various stages of progress and planning.
