Dubai - MENA Herald: THE BEACH opposite JBR, the upbeat outdoor destination by Meraas, will reward diners during Dubai
Food Festival 2016 with up to 8,000 fabulous instant prizes up for grabs and a chance to win a
golden fortune cookie worth AED 30,000.
Daily until 12 March 2016, diners can qualify for a grand raffle draw against spends of AED 200 at participating outlets at the relaxing seaside destination. Guests are required to fill out a simple form to join the draw, and receive a fortune cookie rewarding them with a fortune note or instant wins throughout the festival.
The lucky grand prize winner will be announced on 13th March 2016 and will receive the golden fortune cookie.
In addition, foodies at THE BEACH can take delight in a plethora of food trucks and kiosks brought in for the festivities while enjoying some fabulous entertainment. Located on the sands across Real Madrid Café, expect popular favourites in food trucks including Shake Shack, Love Mhshy, The Melters, Red Tomato and Holland House Mini Pancakes as well as kiosks such as Chimneylicious, Healthy Pop Foods and Hugget and Guy.
Furthermore, diners at THE BEACH will be entertained while they enjoy a scrumptious meal at the destination’s eateries. A Quartet will delight guests with bespoke songs as part of a range of surprise performances.
Additionally, THE BEACH will host weekend workshops giving visitors the chance to learn how to create origami fortune cookies. The age old art originates from Japan and in tradition is passed on from one generation to another. Located opposite Pots, Pans & Boards, visitors are welcome to try their hand at crafting fortune cookies between 2:00pm and 10:00pm every Friday and Saturday.
Easily accessible by public transport and offering ample underground parking, the buzzing shore-side location hosts more than 50 retail and F&B outlets across 320,000 square feet. Daily timings – 10am to midnight.
