Home Centre Collaborates with Chef Dima Al Sharif for ‘Women’s Tuesday’ Session

Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Home Centre, the largest home retailer in the Middle East is set to host a culinary workshop by Chef Dima Al Sharif, as part of its recently launched ‘Women’s Tuesday’ Tuesday initiative.
Drawing from her just-launched cookery book Plated Heirlooms, Chef Dima will demonstrate the preparation of traditional Palestinian dishes with a modern twist. Plated Heirlooms features over 250 Palestinian recipes carefully perfected over time that can be easily replicated at home. Through her celebrated food blog, Back to Land and Home, Chef Dima has become a household name today with a dedicated following of professional chefs, home makers and culinary enthusiasts.
