Dubai – MENA Herald: du was recently awarded the ‘Government Contact Centre Leadership Award’ during its participation at the ‘Government Contact Centre Middle East’. During the event which took place in Dust Thani Dubai, Ismail Mohammed, Senior Vice President, Customer Operations at du, was presented with the highly commended award.
Accepting the award, Ismail Mohammed commented: “This prestigious award recognises our ongoing commitment towards developing the call centre industry and our dedication to our own team. The leadership of our call centre team was highly commended by a panel of Judges, unanimously rating our leadership at the top. This is a big achievement for du as our efforts for taking our Contact Centre to the next level based on our customer centric approach.”
Ismail Mohammed also participated at the event as a Key Note Speaker, whereby he enlightened the audience through his speech on the topic “Voice of Organization lies in Contact Centre”. This talk highlighted the importance of creating an effective and seamless contact centre in customer operations as it is the first point of contact for many valuable customers.
The Government Contact Centre Summit Middle East covered Contact Centre Industry dynamics through Key Note Speakers & Panel Discussion from across UAE Government Organisations. Dignitaries and attendees included people from all Government Sector, including RTA, Dubai Police, Dubai Economics Department, among others.
