Cairo – MENA Herald: For the first time ever, Al Mansoury Group 2000 is organising the Nefertiti International Fashion Festival which takes place from the 7- 8 April 2016 at the ancient Luxor Temple. The event is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Antiquities.
The Nefertiti International Fashion Festival aims to bring together people from all over the world including tourists, business owners and fashion enthusiasts to attend a two-day event at the ancient city of Luxor and to support the fashion and tourism industries in Egypt.
The event will be held in the presence of Mr. Yehia Rashed the Minister of Tourism, Dr. Khaled El Anaany the Minister of Antiquities, Mr. Mohamed Badr the Luxor Governor, and Mr. Samy Mahmoud the chairman of the Egyptian Tourist Authority.
The event will welcome eleven designers from Egypt and around the world who will showcase their latest creations in the magnificent Luxor Temple including Mona Al Mansouri from the U.A.E, Ivan Donev from Italy, Nabil Hayari from Algeria, Leo Malaguena from France, Angel Palazuelos from Spain and Mahmoud Ghaly from Egypt among many others.
The event will also include a red carpet reception and will be inviting a number of international guests of honour to attend and witness the fusion between historical ancient Egyptian architecture in Luxor and the latest trends in the fashion industry.
The Nile Valley is home to the Valley of the Kings and the stunning temples of Luxor and Karnak.
Attendees of Nefertiti International Fashion Festival will enjoy the beauty of Luxor, frequently characterized as, “The World’s Greatest open-air Museum”, as the ruins of the Karnak Temple stand within the modern city.
Immediately opposite, across the River Nile, lie the monuments, temples and tombs of the West Bank Necropolis, which includes the Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens. Thousands of tourists from all around the world arrive annually to visit these monuments.
