Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties (ADCP) participates at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2016

Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties (ADCP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), today announced its participation at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2016, being held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces from the 12th until the 14th of April, 2016 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

The award-winning ADCP will be showcasing its specialized property services, which include commercial and residential property management, real estate sales and leasing, asset management, facilities management and communities’ management. ADCP is leading the way in high-rise buildings’ child safety, where it successfully undertook a major retro-installation works program, which entails installing new devices to over 200,000 window openings.

ADCP has recently won its first award, the Best Property Management Team – UAE, by Capital Finance International (CFI), in recognition of its dedicated management team of property professionals and their vast experience in property management that delivered efficient and effective services for their customers.

Mohamed Binbrek, General Manager of ADCP, said: “We take pride in receiving such an international award, and in being recognized as the best property management team in the UAE by Capital Finance International (CFI). It marks further recognition of ADCP’s strong capabilities in offering exceptional services and solutions to our customers.”
