Doha – MENA Herald: The second annual Qatar International Medical Congress (QIMC) will take place from May 18 to May 20, 2016 at Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre. Following the immense success of the first congress in 2015 – that was launched under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Interior Minister of Qatar – this year’s event continues to support the regional medical society, bringing together the most renowned and innovative companies from around the world and connecting them to the industry’s leading entrepreneurs, doctors and researchers.

QIMC 2016 is a one-of-a-kind exhibition and conference that is paving the way for the development of the local, regional and international medical sectors and markets that depend on the medical industry. The event provides the industry with opportunities to navigate the dynamic market place of Qatar, GCC, the Middle East, as well as the International arena. QIMC 2015 welcomed 8000 visitors and more than 150 exhibitor, and this year’s congress promises to attract an even larger international audience and research interests from around the world to the region.
