Dubai – MENA Herald: Tanfeeth, a fully-owned subsidiary of Emirates NBD, today announced the graduation of eighteen of its top performing managers from the Leadership Essentials Development certification course of New York University in Abu Dhabi.
Their certification follows the successful completion of a seven-month leadership program, designed collaboratively by NYUAD and Tanfeeth, combining world-class curriculum with blended learning uniquely tailored to each participant. This program was launched as part of Tanfeeth’s commitment towards fostering leadership qualities and encouraging individualistic talent in its employees in a series of regular training and development opportunities.
The eighteen graduates were recognized at a graduation ceremony hosted at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, hosted by motivational speakers with an official graduation ceremony followed by a celebratory luncheon. Prominent facilitators included Dawn Roe, the Director Executive Education at NYUAD, Sophia Ledingham, leading psychologist and Talent and Organizational Development practitioner, and instructor, JoAnn Polcari, Ph.D.
The NYUAD Leadership Essentials Development Program platform was introduced in 2015 to develop core competencies and enhance skills among employees in order to support talent development that fits the organization’s requirements. This integrated learning program offered extensive self-assessments, one-on-one coaching, training modules with various cross-functional projects and presentations geared toward teaching visionary planning, operational excellence, communication, teambuilding, and leadership skills.
