HE Noura Al Kaabi: Ministry to ensure innovative and happy work environment to achieve strategic goals

Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Her Excellency Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs, stated that the ministry is focused on efforts to ensure an innovative and happy workplace to enhance the innovation culture among employees and enable them to achieve its strategic goals through excellence in performance.
HE Al Kaabi stated this during an annual meeting organised by the ministry for its employees in the presence of HE Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs, HE Dr. Saeed Mohammed Al Ghafli, Assistant Undersecretary for Federal National Council Affairs, and His Excellency Sami Bin Adi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services Sector, group managers of departments and the staff of the ministry.
Greeting the staff on the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, HE Al Kaabi assured them of more such meetings to exchange views and ideas about the various issues concerning the ministry and listen to innovative suggestions as part of efforts to promote effective communication between the leaders of the ministry and staff. She said the meetings would contribute to strengthening constructive dialogue processes, and help create an interactive work environment to encourage innovation in all areas of work within the ministry.
HE Al Kaabi said these meetings reflected the family spirit within the ministry, and encouraged everyone to work together as one team. "We will organize regular meetings and brainstorming sessions that raise the positive energy of the staff and motivate increased productivity. The ministry has managed to achieve significant achievements due to the hard work and distinctive efforts of all the staff. We have also managed to fulfil all our responsibilities based on high quality standards which have enabled us to win recognitions of excellence in several fields,” HE Al Kaabi stated.

On the occasion, Heba Al Samt, Digital Media Director of TV & Radio at Dubai Channels Network, highlighted the major role of social media in enabling the ministry to build positive communication for the good of UAE community.
