Dubai – MENA Herald: Adding life to life for all Emirates Group employees, du expanded its existing customer service facility to address any customer needs at the Emirates Headquarters. Emirates Group employees can also enjoy similar services at select du outlets*.
The expanded facility was inaugurated during an event held at Emirates HQ, which was attended by senior executives from du’s enterprise team led by Marwan Thani, Vice President – Enterprise Government Sales and Shadi Farah, Vice President Large Enterprise Sales as well as Yousuf Mohammad Ali – Senior Vice President Procurement & Logistics and Martin Camus – Vice President Procurement, Emirates from the Emirates Group.
Marwan Thani, Vice President – Enterprise Government Sales at du, said: “At du, we have a strong belief in the power of collaboration. Emirates Group employees will benefit from a single touchpoint for all their telecommunications requirements such as subscribing to new plans, move their existing numbers to du, smartphone purchase, as well as contract renewals, bill payments, SIM swap, customer registration and customer service enquiries and more. Moreover, Emirates Group employees can also avail of the same services at the following locations: Flagship stores at Al- Salam Tower- Media City and Hamadan Shop- Abu Dhabi, Sahara Centre- Sharjah, Sharjah City Centre, and Regus Office in Sharjah.
