A highlight of Emaar’s participation is the Vista Room that will feature a 270-degree LED screen displaying aerial videos of Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Hills Estate and Downtown Dubai, taking visitors through Emaar’s skyline defining developments in the city and the sheer scale of the mega-projects.
Emaar will display a spectacular model of The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour, the iconic new development that is at the heart of the 6 sq km master-planned community, and is billed to define a new skyline for the city. Designed by Spanish/Swiss neo-futuristic architect, structural engineer, sculptor and painter Santiago Calatrava Valls, The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour serves as a beacon of hope and positivity for the nation and the city, and adds tremendous economic value to the residential developments in Dubai Creek Harbour.
Visitors to Emaar’s elegantly designed pavilion will have the opportunity to gain strong insights into Dubai Creek Harbour’s masterplan, the various residential developments that have been launched, and the unique position of The Tower, which is directly linked to a mega-retail district.
Featuring a world-class marina, a central park, a 4.5 km Creek Boardwalk, waterfront hospitality and luxury retail, Dubai Creek Harbour is centrally located in Dubai by the historic creek. It is also in close proximity to the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary, a biologically diverse wetland reserve and home to over 67 species of water birds protected under the under the UNESCO Ramsar Convention, Dubai Creek Harbour is only 10 minutes from the Dubai International Airport.
At this year’s Cityscape Global, Emaar will also showcase its mega-development Dubai Hills Estate, a joint venture with Meraas Holding. A green city within the city, Dubai Hills Estate is one of the most sought-after residential destinations in the city for its green lifestyle with homes set around a championship golf course.
Other iconic attractions at Emaar’s pavilion include Dubai Opera, a multi-format venue in the heart of The Opera District in Downtown Dubai that opens at the end of August. Dubai Opera’s spectacular architecture, inspired by Dubai’s maritime tradition, positions it on the league of globally renowned opera houses, and will be a cultural hub for the region hosting high-profile performances and events.
Also on showcase will be a new nearly 7 sq km lifestyle development that is strategically located around a championship golf course. It will feature a mix of specially designed, new townhouse, villa and apartment concepts, set amidst green boulevards, walking and bicycle trails and community retail, with significant F&B, medical and educational facilities within the community as well as two hotels.
The ongoing residential projects in Downtown Dubai and projects by Emaar’s international entities including Emaar Egypt, Emaar Turkey, Emaar Lebanon, Emaar Middle East and Emaar Morocco will also be highlighted at the pavilion.
Emaar Entertainment, the premier provider of leisure choices, will also highlight a wide range of its attractions. Visitors will have the opportunity to attend ongoing presentations by Emaar’s senior managers and partners at The Café in Emaar’s pavilion. The presentations will provide detailed overviews on Dubai Creek Harbour, The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Opera and Dubai Hills Estate.
