Dubai - MENA Herald: Virtual Reality tour of master-planned destinations by Dubai Properties (DP), a leading Dubai-based real estate master developer and asset manager known for world-class destinations across the Emirate, is proving a firm favourite for visitors at Cityscape Global 2016.
DP is using Virtual Reality for the first time at Cityscape Global 2016 to provide customers with interactive digital experiences that showcase the dynamism of its destinations. Employing creative methods to provide seamless customer experience and add value to the understanding of its developments is a top priority for the master developer as it integrates new innovative viewing technology at it’s stand at the real estate exhibition from 6-8 September 2016 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Marwan Al Kindi, Executive Director, Sales and Sales Operations from DP said: “As new technologies are being developed, we are working very hard to ensure that our business processes are in line with market trends and the rise in consumer expectations. Digital innovation is a crucial element of our real estate strategy moving forward and Virtual Reality is a fantastic way to enable our customers to experience our destinations.”

“We play a key role in working towards bringing the vision of Dubai to life through our destinations and projects, and we are committed to reinforcing Dubai’s international position as the location of choice in the region for business and tourism in line with the strategic roadmap for Dubai's Tourism Vision as the city prepares to welcome 20 million visitors per year by 2020,” he added.

DP is one of the first organisations to use Virtual Reality as a way of offering an immersive and interactive showcase for its upcoming destinations across the Emirate. 3D technologies and virtual floor plans will bring off-plan properties, such as Bellevue Towers in the Burj Khalifa district to life so that tenants and buyers are able to get a glimpse of the exterior design, the textures and finishing used in the developments, as well as the urban planning, landscaping and extensive amenities on offer. Visitors to Cityscape Global 2016 can also explore other DP destinations via an interactive and engaging Digital Wall at the DP stand S1E 10 in Sheikh Saeed Hall 1.

DP is the master developer of four major destinations in Dubai including Culture Village, Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and DUBAILAND. Since it’s launch over 10 years ago, DP has delivered over 35,000 homes, 2.8 million sq.ft. of office space, and 1.7 million sq.ft. of retail space becoming the master-developer of choice that designs and delivers inspiring destinations making life in Dubai ever more enjoyable and exciting.
