JACKY’S BUSINESS SOLUTIONS TO LAUNCH NEXT GENERATION SMART QUEUE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS AT GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK 2016

Dubai - MENA Herald: With streamlined customer experience and satisfaction now key pillars in global businesses’ customer retention strategies, Jacky’s Business Solutions, the leading end-to-end solutions provider for major regional enterprises and corporations, will launch next generation Smart Queue Management Systems (QMS) at next week’s 36th GITEX Technology Week, running 16-20 October at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

Aiming improve customer experience, satisfaction and service quality, the company will introduce three new Smart QMS models including the QMS 800 for corporate and government entities with more advanced enterprise functionality, the QMS 700 for medium industries that allows scalability as businesses grow, and the QMS400 for SMEs or single branch establishments.
Equipped with sophisticated queue management software, the queue management systems empower organisations in sectors including retail, healthcare, government, corporate and hospitality to improve customer flow and increase happiness index ratings.

The Smart features of the new generation queuing systems include the ability to electronically generate a ticket from an organisation’s App, thus providing information about how long customers can expect to wait with push notifications; book appointments in advance and provide feedback on the quality of service. Additionally, enterprise clients who are adopting big data strategies will be able to proactively serve clients as they start understanding trends using machine learning technologies.

In addition, other key features include real time notifications, complete web based solutions, allowing users to customise settings, appointment management, interactive reports, unlimited services, alphanumeric ticket number, queue prediction, display content management, effortlessly integrates with different platforms and tracking customer journey mapping.

Jacky’s Business Solutions will also showcase its new Quality of Service (QOS) solution with Interactive Customer Feedback system and happiness meter, which enable businesses to measure customer satisfaction and happiness levels in real-time. Additionally, integration with various digital signage solutions will be displayed.

Jacky’s Business Solutions is occupying a total of 144 square metres at the show across stands in Hall 4 (Stand E4-30) and at the dedicated 3D Printing Area outside Hall 3 on Concourse 1 at DWTC.
