Sharjah – MENA Herald: The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry “SCCI” has received the “integrated quality management system” certification recently, which recognises a set of standards for Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
The achievement is an indicator of SCCI’s ongoing commitment to integrate and adopt world class practices and measures in the fields of quality, health, and safety.
The internationally recognized certificate was awarded to HE Abdullah Sultan Al-Owais, Chairman of SCCI, by Mr. Bassem Obeid, from Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), EMEA.
The “integrated quality management system” certification consists of the Quality Management System Certification “ISO 9001” and a certificate of environmental management system “ISO 14001” and a certificate of occupational health and safety management system “OSHA 18001”,
