Arab Strategy Forum launches Educational Program for Political and Economic Forecasting

Dubai - MENA Herald: Under the directives and patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Arab Strategy Forum will be transformed into an intellectual and research base aimed at forecasting the political and economic state of the world. The Arab Strategy Forum is the first platform in the region focused on forecasting future scenarios with the intention of acquiring a deeper understanding of major geopolitical and economic issues. The Forum has announced the launch of an Executive Education Program tailored to build the skill sets required to anticipate the region’s evolving political and economic issues. It will begin receiving applications, through its website, starting from today. The program will be conducted in collaboration with Eurasia Group, the world's largest political risk consultancy, and will be held on 12th and 13th December 2016.
The program will aim to upskill participants with the ability to comprehensively understand political and economic risks along with their potential implications on global governance and markets. Moreover, it will enable government and business leaders to anticipate the near future outcomes of key economic and geopolitical issues. Lastly, it will seek to enhance the strategic analysis skills of decision makers from both the public and private sector.

The Executive Education Program for Political and Economic Forecasting will focus on political risk analysis, the impact of wars, peaceful relations between countries and organizations, political stability and regime change across the region. In addition, the relationship between financial markets and political changes with a particular focus on emerging markets.
