Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a leading financial institution, has won two awards from Islamic Banking and Finance magazine, a reputable publication focused on the Islamic finance sector. The Abu-Dhabi based bank was named Best Islamic Commercial Bank in the UAE and ADIB Egypt was named Best Islamic Bank in North Africa.
These awards add to a growing list of accolades recognising ADIB’s achievements, including UAE Islamic Bank of the Year by The Banker magazine, and Best Private Bank in the Middle East for Islamic Finance by Private Banker International magazine.

The bank has also won a number of other prominent awards recently, including "Best Premium Banking Service" in the UAE for 2016 from Banker Middle East, "Best Private Bank" in the UAE for 2015 by Global Finance Magazine, "Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award" for the second year in a row, and "Leading Arab Islamic Bank for 2015" from the Union of Arab Banks.
