Dubai - MENA Herald: Ahli United Bank B.S.C. (AUB) has been named ‘Best Regional Bank – GCC 2016’ by Capital Finance International. This is the second time AUB has won this prestigious award from the London based publication following the first award in 2014.
The CFI.co award identifies organizations that truly add value to the banking industry. The CFI.co judging panel recognized AUB’s exemplary financial performance over the years while adopting and adhering to a strict corporate governance framework, in line with the best international practices.
Mr. Hamad Al-Humaidhi, Chairman of Ahli United Bank, commented: “This award is a strong testimony to AUB’s well-managed business model based on prudent and diversified growth, proactive risk management, intelligent cost spend and focus on cross border business development.
