Cerner to showcase latest health care IT innovations at Arab Health 2016

Dubai - MENA Herald: Cerner Middle East, a global leader in health care technology, will highlight its commitment to advance interoperability, feature applications of its workflow solutions and showcase best practices from Cerner clients in booth CC140 at Arab Health 2016, Jan 25-28, the Middle East’s largest annual health care exhibition and medical congress.  

“Arab Health 2016 takes place at a time when regional medical and pharmaceutical industries are exponentially expanding to serve the needs of the Middle East’s continuously booming population,” said Michael Pomerance, vice president and managing director, Cerner Middle East & Africa.

Within the Cerner booth, attendees will follow a patient’s journey through several workflow zones to get a first-hand experience of how interoperability and the free flow of data among clinical settings play an essential part in improving patient outcomes. Cerner delegates will also demonstrate the role of the electronic health record (EHR) as the foundation of a hospital’s information technology system, the importance of value-based health care and why patient engagement is part of population health management, the future of the health care industry.

Arab Health 2016 will showcase latest innovations to more than 130,000 health care professionals from 163 countries and 4,000 companies.
