THE BEACH Launches ‘Get Fit – Wellness by the Sea’ with Adrenaline Packed Weekend

Dubai – MENA Herald: Take a break from your routine and sedentary lifestyle this February and head to THE BEACH for a special two-day event ‘Wellness by the Sea’ with Get Fit at THE BEACH, a first of its kind outdoor event celebrating a healthy lifestyle.
From 5 and 6 February, the upbeat outdoor destination by Meraas will host a wide range of wellness activities that include fabulous offers on wellness packages, exciting giveaways, fitness clinics, friendly competitions and sea side games.

Get a rejuvenating start to your day with complimentary yoga sessions at 7.00 am or stretch those overworked muscles whilst catching a great view of the sunset with a free session at 6.00 pm. Kids and adults alike can also enjoy complimentary cycling sessions at THE BEACH Gym at 8.30am and 9.30am on Saturday, 6 February 2016.

Learn to play beach tennis at the BTME Beach Tennis Club, where THE BEACH will host 45 minute sessions of tennis lessons from 9.30am to 6.00pm on both days. Each 45 minute session will combine tennis and fitness clinics for children above the age of 7 and adults.

Alternatively, gear up for exciting sea-side competitions at THE BEACH – from beach volleyball (5v5 format) tournaments and individual and team challenges at the Waterpark to kayak and stand-up paddle board races hosted at the Water Adventure Dubai.

To add to the excitement, residents and tourists will have the chance to witness exhilarating water adventure shows and receive delightful giveaways, including a fascinating experience at Aqua Fun, an energising lifestyle destination.
