Dubai Outsource City Welcomes Over 190 Delegates at the 2nd Edition of the Outsourcing Outlook Forum

Dubai - MENA Herald: Dubai Outsource City successfully concluded the 2nd edition of the Outsourcing Outlook Forum, which brought together over 180 industry experts, decision makers, and senior management from across the outsourcing and shared services ecosystems. The forum provided a strategic platform to discuss and debate the changing landscape of outsourcing and centralized business processes in both public and private organizations, the route towards digital transformation, impact of robotic process automation and challenges in customer experience.

The forum is one of the many initiatives supported by Dubai Outsource City (DOC), member of TECOM group, to remain aligned with the National Innovation Strategy of the UAE and support Dubai’s vision of digital transformation and its ambition to become a global business hub and smart economy.
According to a research by Accenture 33% in the UAE believe that the global economy is already impacted by digital while 80% of UAE organizations are going through digital business transformation or digitally-enabled change.

Dubai Outsource City is a vibrant business community which is home to over 150 regional and international firms varying from shared services functions of regional firms such as IT support, HR & financial services to outsourcing companies specializing in activities such as call centers and business process operations.
