Dubai Chamber wins Best Result in Customer Satisfaction and Innovative Idea Award at the Dubai Government Excellence Program

Dubai - MENA Herald: The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has won the Best Result in the Customer Satisfaction award and in the Innovative Idea award at the 19th session of the prestigious Dubai Government Excellence Program held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on Tuesday under the patronage and attendance of H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. Securing the top spot for Customer Satisfaction with a score of 95.9%, the highest ever recorded score for this category, the award underlined Dubai Chamber’s dedication to ensuring that its customers have the best experience possible. This is the fifth time since 2009 that Dubai Chamber won the Customer Satisfaction award. Dubai Chamber offers innovative, efficient services as part of its commitment to providing all possible facilities to the business community to enhance their performance in supporting the emirate’s economic growth. Dubai Chamber’s focus on e-services and added-value services for its stakeholders has boosted customer confidence in the Chamber’s services. Winning the Innovative Idea award highlighted Dubai Chamber’s efforts to promote innovation throughout the business community, starting with the organization itself. The award recognized Dubai Chamber’s Dubai Innovation Index, which was launched in collaboration with PwC in 2015 to support UAE’s vision for innovation and to promote Dubai’s quest towards being the smartest city in the world by 2021. H.E. Buamim stated that winning the DGEP awards reaffirms our resolve to offer the best services to our customers and promote innovation at all levels of the business community, and expressed confidence that Dubai Chamber would retain its top position in the years to come. He pointed out that the award recognises Dubai Chamber’s mission of representing, supporting and protecting the interests of the business community in Dubai while encouraging the organisation to promote innovation, excellence, and creativity. H.E. Buamim said, “This is not the first time that Dubai Chamber has been recognised for its accomplishments across multiple sectors. Our customer satisfaction score has been steadily increasing, from 88.7% in 2009 to 95.1% in 2014 and finally to 95.9% this year. Winning these awards show that we are on the right track to extending world-class services to the business community.”
