Dubai - MENA Herald: The Emirates Red Crescent has signed an agreement with Emirates Auction to launch a series of charity auctions, in line with their joint efforts to reinforce excellence in humanitarian and development work. The agreement was signed by H.E. Dr. Mohammed Ateeq Al Falahi, General Secretary of Emirates Red Crescent; and H.E. Abdullah Matar Al Mannaei, Managing Director of Emirates Auction. Both parties emphasised on their commitment to consolidate strategic partnership and develop ambitious projects that support the objectives of UAE Vision 2021, which is geared towards establishing the UAE as an exceptional model for developmental and humanitarian initiatives.
Under the terms of the agreement, Emirates Auction will provide cash and in-kind donations, in line with its commitment to support the humanitarian projects being implemented within the Emirates Red Crescent initiatives, at both local and international levels. The company will also host the organization’s online auctions, as well as support the joint projects that aim to enhance public awareness on the significance of charitable and humanitarian work and spreading volunteerism culture among society.
The agreement designates Emirates Auction as the party responsible for all marketing activities of the Emirates Red Crescent projects, via its website (www.EmiratesAuction.com) and within its halls that periodically host auctions. The company will also provide the Emirates Red Crescent with advertising and auction services.
