A number of workshops and training programmes are being organised every year on the sound principles of quality, HR and customer service, stimulating healthy competition among companies in the race towards excellence”.

Since its launch in 1994, the DQA has enjoyed the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who has been instrumental in driving the quality movement across the private and public sectors in the emirate.
