Monday 17 October 2016

Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: A dedicated pavilion at the eighth International Real Estate & Investment Show (IREIS 2016) will highlight overseas investor citizenship and migration programmes from different countries, providing expatriates aspiring for dual citizenship opportunities with an authorised platform to gain the right advice and information from leading immigration experts and compare the benefits of various visa-free travel and second citizenship and residency options.

IREIS 2016, the only dedicated real estate event in Abu Dhabi that targets investors and consumers rather than trade visitors, is set to run from 27 - 29 October, 2016 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

Bringing all relevant service providers, government representatives and legal and immigration consultants under one roof, the pavilion will offer professional guidance and consultancy for those looking to buy properties abroad and gain the residency and citizenship of their dream destinations.

Antoine Georges, Managing Director, DOME Exhibitions, organisers of IREIS 2016, said: “With the number of expatriates looking to obtain a permanent residency abroad through investment is growing at an unprecedented rate, the knowledge of the right immigration process, documentation and investment benefits is crucial to ensure a successful migration and resettlement. In hosting a dedicated pavilion to showcase various investor immigration programmes from major destination countries, we seek to provide investors with first-hand knowledge about dual citizenship and visa-free travel opportunities.”
At the pavilion, the first of its kind in the region, highly experienced immigration consultants and dual passport holders will share their experience and assist dual citizenship aspirants, answering their queries with regard to the documentation and application process for a second citizenship and residency in different countries. The pavilion will showcase citizenship programs from countries including Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria, Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Hungary, Quebec (Canada), Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, United Kingdom and United States EB-5.

The upcoming edition of the International Real Estate & Investment Show is expected to draw the participation of more than 125 exhibitors from 25 countries, as well as over 11,000 regular, private and institutional investors, end-users, developers, and real estate brokers.

As part of the event agenda, IREIS 2016 will host an International Developer Agent Meet, an intensive day of carefully coordinated one-to-one meetings and informal networking sessions to showcase international property projects and facilitate partnerships between foreign property suppliers and local agents in the Middle East market. IREIS 2016 will additionally feature country-specific presentations, business networking and investor meetings. The event will also feature dedicated country pavilions of Spain, Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, India and the Philippines.

Drawing the participation of 84 exhibitors from 21 countries and 7,327 investors from 71 nationalities, IREIS 2015 created sales volumes of over US$125 million.

DOME Exhibitions, organisers of IREIS 2016, hosts exhibitions in the emirate of Abu Dhabi and helps businesses in the UAE extend their reach and enhance their visibility in the global marketplace.
