Dubai Chamber trade mission leaves for The Netherlands

Dubai - MENA Herald: As part of its efforts to attract foreign direct investments to Dubai while promoting the emirate’s lucrative business environment overseas, as well as to enhance the competitiveness of its business community in the global markets, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organising a trade mission to The Netherlands starting on Tuesday, March 8 and concluding on Friday, March 11.

The Chamber delegation, which includes a number of the emirate’s business leaders, will attend a Rotterdam Dubai Business Forum organised by the Rotterdam Chamber of Commerce to promote bilateral relations between the two sides, business meetings, as well as field trips to Rotterdam Main port University and Netherlands Maritime University, YES!Delft, foundation for supporting entrepreneurs, and Rotterdam Drydocks Company.

The delegation, which is headed by H.E. Majid Saif Al Ghurair, Chairman, Dubai Chamber, includes H.E. Hamad Buamim, President & CEO, Dubai Chamber, H.E. Essa Al Ghurair, Vice Chairman, Al Ghurair Investment, H.E. Ibrahim Al Janahi, Deputy CEO & Chief Commercial Officer, JAFZA, H.E. Jamal Al Hai, Chairman, Al Hai Group, Dr. Aisha Bin Bishr, Director General, The Smart Dubai Executive Committee, Dr. Eesa Bastaki, President, University of Dubai, Dr. Juma Al Matrooshi, Senior Executive Vice President – Commercial, Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, and Mr. Giovanni Angiolini, Chairman, The Netherlands Business Council, operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chamber.
