Dubai - MENA Herald: As part of its efforts to enhance customer experience across its outlets, Dubai Courts recently launched the ‘Wejahti’ initiative, which aims to provide faster completion of legal transactions and facilitate customer affairs. The move is in line with the vision to position Dubai Courts as leading player in the global judiciary segment. The initiative is based on an approach to identify and understand the needs of customers and direct them to the targeted destination in the Courts, through specialized reception desks to save time and effort and facilitate the completion of transactions.

H.E. Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director-General of Dubai Courts, explained that the launch of ‘Wejhati’ initiative complements the portfolio of innovative services and initiatives that Dubai Courts is eager to launch throughout the current year, as part of its ongoing efforts to reach a new level of excellence in promoting customer experience. He emphasized Dubai Courts’ continuous commitment to enhance the quality and efficiency of legal and judicial services based on international best practices to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and happiness, which is considered amongst the top national priorities and strategic objectives of Dubai Plan 2021.

Al Mansouri underlined that innovation and excellence are two main pillars of the Dubai Courts initiatives which place Customer Charter and commitment to achieving the main performance indicators amongst its top priorities. This follows the objective of making legal transactions easier, faster and seamless, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and happiness, following the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

“Committed to make ‘Wejhati’ initiative a success, we have developed a customer service guide with main focus on enhancing the skills, potential and competences of our work team to meet the highest government standards and international best practices, as part of our strategy to promote investment in the human element that is well-qualified to consolidate the principles of law, justice and security. Our successful achievements over the past year urge us to continue the journey towards leadership and excellence by launching a series of initiatives which aim to prompt smart transformation and position innovation as a corporate culture to provide high-level legal and judicial services which achieve customer happiness and welfare,” Al Mansouri added.

The aim of ‘Wejhati’ is to put reception desks across all the places where customers are found within Dubai Courts building to direct them and guide them to their targeted destination without having to refer them to the section. These desks will be managed by a team of highly qualified specialists in customer service. The ‘Wejhati’ team will also be responsible for the distribution of introductory publications which will allow customers to know more about the best ways to complete their legal and judicial transactions in a more reliable manner, less time and less effort.
