Software AG organizes first meeting for ARIS user group in EMEA region

Dubai - MENA Herald: Software AG, a global leader in business processes, integration and big data, has successfully concluded its high-level meeting for the ARIS user group in the EMEA region this year that saw participants actively joining in thoughtful discussions on optimizing business processes for better productivity and numerous beneficial networking opportunities. The Software AG team organized this gathering for the first time at Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, recently to help the region’s user group achieve continuous process improvement.

During the meeting, key regional industry figures led by keynote speaker Rosie Hawke, Architecture & Strategy Planning Lead - IT for Philips, were present to share their expertise and experiences with the attendees. In her speech, Hawke focused on three aspects of transformation implemented by her organization to build a process excellence foundation and sustainable transformation planning capability. Additionally, she shared how Philips has shaped the new information technology (IT) landscape to drive down cost and standardize processes.

The participants also learned about the latest news from Software AG during the event. They were given direct access to Software AG experts as well as an opportunity to touch base with their like-minded peers to discuss technology issues and exchange solutions to challenges.

Eric Roovers, Senior Director Transformation Solutions, Presales and Solutions, Software AG, gave a lecture on ‘Digital Customer Experience and Operational Excellence’. During the afternoon session on product innovations and applications, Roovers spoke on ‘Innovation in Business and IT Transformation’.
