Abu Dhabi - MENA Herald: Bloom Properties, a Bloom Holding subsidiary dedicated to developing sustainable and integrated urban communities, will unveil ‘Bloom Heights’, a highly anticipated new project set to take shape in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai, during its participation in the 15th edition of Cityscape Global.
Additionally, Bloom will highlight during the event its ever-expanding portfolio of quality residential projects across the region.
Set to run from September 6 to 8, 2016 at Dubai World Trade Centre, Cityscape Global is considered the largest and most influential real estate investment and development event for emerging markets globally.

At the event, Bloom will also showcase the Stella Maris Tower in Dubai Marina that has been shortlisted by the 2016 Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets in the Residential – High Rise (Future) category.
Located at the southern end of Dubai Marina, the G+52 storey Stella Maris Tower is a residential project that will feature 313 luxury apartments ranging from one- to three-bedrooms, as well as four-bedroom duplex apartments, townhouses and penthouses. The landmark project reflects the architectural vision of Dubai Marina, and offers scenic views of the harbor and the upcoming Ain Dubai project.
