Eagle Hills Jordan participates at the Eleventh Annual Cityscape Abu Dhabi

Amman - MENA Herald: Under the umbrella of Eagle Hills, the Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company, Eagle Hills Jordan showcased its projects at the Eleventh Annual Cityscape Abu Dhabi from April 18 to April 20 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. This three-day event is the leading real estate exhibition in the United Arab Emirates and saw the participation of around 100 international companies this year.
At the exhibition, Eagle Hills Jordan highlighted Saraya Aqaba, the luxury mixed-use tourism and leisure destination, showcasing it along with its three other developments in the country, including Marsa Zayed’s Al Raha Village, The St. Regis Amman and The Residences at The St. Regis Amman, and W Amman and The Skyline Residences serviced by W Amman. With the aim of attracting future residents and professional investors, Eagle Hills Jordan allowed Cityscape visitors to see the ongoing progress that it has been made on its developments, displaying a model of Saraya Aqaba at the Eagle Hills stand.
Commenting on the occasion, CEO of Eagle Hills Jordan Alaa Batayneh said, “Our participation in Cityscape Abu Dhabi for the third consecutive year comes at a crucial time for us as a company, as we work toward the completion of several components of all four of Eagle Hills Jordan’s projects in the Kingdom. With the wide, high-profile attendance seen annually at this exhibition, we are presented with a prime opportunity to achieve additional exposure for our developments in both the local and international markets, which will increase recognition and awareness of the vast progress that has been made to ensure that we deliver at the end of this year.”
Batayneh went on to say that Cityscape Abu Dhabi is a significant platform that provides the right environment for the company and its world-class projects to penetrate the regional market, grow into developments that are recognized around the world and attract new residents, guests and stakeholders.
In continuation of the expedited progress that was made on its developments in Amman and Aqaba last year, Eagle Hills Jordan has reached many key project milestones as proof points of the upcoming completion dates. Saraya Aqaba, with a centrally located lagoon that adds 1.5 kilometres of beachfront to the Aqaba coast, features a unique mix of over 850 residential units. Already introducing a luxurious three-floor villa as its fourth mock-up unit, this year will witness the opening of one of four of its five-star hotels, Al Manara, a Luxury Collection Hotel, the completion of its exclusive beach club, and handover of some residential units. Also in Aqaba, Marsa Zayed’s Al Raha Village, a peaceful, family-friendly residential neighbourhood with a 13,000-sqm. recreational park, comprises an exquisite array of 100 villas and townhouses and more than 300 apartments, initiated handover of phase one residential units earlier this year.
2017 will also mark major achievements for Eagle Hills Jordan’s projects in the Kingdom’s capital, with the opening of W Amman, the first W-branded hotel in the country, and the handover of apartments at The Skyline Residences serviced by W Amman, which present the highest residential living experience in the area to date.
With its continued progress as it works toward this year's delivery date, Eagle Hills Jordan is well on its way to achieving wide recognition and a firm standing in the local and regional real estate markets, promoting its commitment to not only its potential and future residents but also to the Kingdom as a whole.
