According to a recent study, developers and analysts are optimistic that the transactions in Dubai’s real estate market are growing and the state of the market is in line with expectations. The report also highlights the fact that the transactions are increasing in the end-user market.
These findings support the data released by Dubai Land Department recently showing more than AED 68 billion of deals was struck in the first 53 days of 2016. The Department predicts a total AED 300 billion (USD 81.6 billion) of transactions over the course of the year.
