Dubai - MENA Herald: DAMAC Properties, one of the region’s largest luxury real estate developers, has announced that it is launching new residential units comprising studios, and one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the east towers within The Residences at AYKON City, a freehold project on Sheikh Zayed Road overlooking Dubai Canal.

With two-bedroom apartments starting from AED 1.3 million through a payment plan spanning six years, The Residences at AYKON City will go on sale in Dubai on Wednesday, April 19 at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Godolphin Ballroom from 5pm to 10pm.

Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, DAMAC Properties said: “AYKON City is Dubai’s newest landmark, raising the bar of the Emirate’s luxury lifestyle. Living in The Residences at AYKON City means being neighbours with Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountains, Dubai Canal, City Walk, Boxpark and a host of global luxury brands.”

AYKON City comprises residences, hotel rooms, hotel apartments and office space, with spectacular exteriors and breathtaking views. Each of the towers has been carefully designed to feature stunning view corridors from every perspective; from Sheikh Zayed Road to the Arabian Gulf; from Dubai Canal to the very heart of the city; from Safa Park to Dubai Marina.

The iconic development features distinguished interiors. Beautifully proportioned and finished to the very highest of standards, interiors celebrate extraordinary vistas of Dubai's skyline, reaching out to the Arabian Gulf. Generous living spaces are flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Central to the development is AYKON Plaza, an elevated platform that links the East Tower and provides the community with its own beautiful areas in which to unwind and relax.

AYKON City also features The Club, an exclusive residents-only setting with a modern twist on old-world charm. The club will offer spectacular views of the surrounding neighbourhood, and a place to relax and socialise.
