New luxury townhouse community in Dubai Sports City ready for handover to new owners

The location combined with the lifestyle in Dubai Sports City is perfect for our family. Our whole family already use the wonderful sporting and entertainment facilities on offer, including Spanish Soccer School and Fit Republik, and we are really looking forward to being one of the first residents of the Fortuna, Dubai Sports City, Community.”
Khalid Al Zarooni also added: “Shortly we will be launching the Marbella Villa project which will see 96 townhouses added to the community. Those interested will be able to register their interest for these spectacular villas shortly.” This will be the final Villa project at Dubai Sports City.
Project designers aimed to maximise living space, specification of fittings and luxury of finish to make the townhouses stand out from other developments.
